Ashley approached me and asked if I had someone helping me with home deliveries today.
I informed her that the other truck and home delivery team had just departed and I was in need of help – She eagerly stated that she wanted to go with me this morning. I informed her we would be going to our normal delivery stops, but she quickly interrupted. The exchange went like this:
Ashley: We need to go to the apartments.
Jeff: What apartments?
Ashley: I don’t know.
Jeff: Do you know how to get there?
Ashley: No.
Jeff: Do you know where they are?
Ashley: Yes.
Jeff: How did you learn of these apartments?
Ashley: God has been speaking to me and I know the children in the apartments need food.
Without another word spoken we knew what needed to be done and drove to the apartments and delivered the produce.
